The staff were friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was super clean and cozy. The en suite bathroom was convenient.

The staff at the front desk provided assistance with parking. I found a designated parking spot behind the hotel. The location proved convenient as it was close to local attractions. The price aligned with my expectations for a short visit.

mixed experience with several issues

faulty tv leaking ceiling

the room had some significant drawbacks. the tv did not work at all. the ceiling showed signs of water damage, with a visible leak. these issues impacted the overall quality of my stay.

The manager offered a very nice welcome. He proved to be a helpful person. The staff members presented themselves as very friendly. I felt quite at home here.

I noticed a need for improvements. The provided wifi code did not work. This made it difficult to connect my devices. I think this issue needs addressing.

bad cleanliness plastic kettle

The location was acceptable, close to local shops.

The room's cleanliness was bad. It smelled moldy. I couldn't use the kettle. Plastic was inside from the previous guests, telling me things aren't checked. The bed had so much fluff that it made sleeping uncomfortable.
